Consultation
You may book a consultation by clicking here or by navigating to the “Book a Consultation” page on our website.
A $30 refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be returned after you attend your consultation.
Consultations are approximately one hour. This allows us time to get to know you, your event, and your needs as thoroughly as possible.
Consultations are typically held virtually and include a meeting with both choreographers, Alannis and Stephanie. During this session, we’ll discuss your event details, including participant size, event type, theme, and the overall vision you’re hoping to bring to life.
Consultations may be canceled using the same booking platform where you scheduled your appointment. Google will send a reminder that includes the option to cancel. We kindly ask that you also email us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. In the event of a cancelation without prior notice, the $30 deposit used to secure your appointment will be retained.
At this time, in order to respect our scheduling policies, your consultation will not be confirmed and will be removed from our booking calendar.
Finances and Prices
We offer a variety of packages tailored to each client’s needs, with pricing currently ranging from $900 to $1,700. We encourage you to book a consultation so we can discuss your event in more detail and find the best fit for you.
After your initial consultation, we’ll coordinate a contract signing timeline that works best for you. We understand that some clients may need time to prepare for the deposit, so contracts are typically signed within two weeks to one month.
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit is 25% of the package price and is due at contract signing.
Deposits range within $200–$430 and are due at the time of contract signing.
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Plans include the initial deposit, with the remaining balance divided into scheduled payments over the months leading up to the event. The final payment is due prior to the event date.
Yes, payment dates may be adjusted with at least two weeks’ notice provided to the choreographers. If changes need to be made on a permanent basis, we will meet with you to amend the signed contract and issue an updated version.
Payment due dates are outlined in the contract. In certain circumstances, a grace period of up to one week may be granted on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be communicated at least two weeks prior to the scheduled payment date.
If a client is dissatisfied with services provided by Las Damas, they may terminate services within the first three scheduled practice dates. Cancellation must be submitted in writing with at least two weeks’ notice. A $250 cancellation fee applies.
Participants and Practices
At this time, we do not have a dedicated practice space or studio. Clients are responsible for securing a suitable practice location. Practices may be held in a variety of spaces depending on availability, including homes, backyards, parks, community centers, churches, or similar locations that can accommodate participants.
We are willing to travel up to 1.5 hours and/or 60 miles one-way. A travel fee of $200 applies for any location that exceeds 1.5 hours and or 60 miles one-way for either choreographer.
Practices are a minimum of 1.5 hours and are typically held at least once per week. Depending on participant size, holidays, and how quickly choreography is learned, additional practice dates or extended sessions may be requested. Practices will not exceed 3 hours.
Participants should wear comfortable attire and gym shoes, and bring water. Snacks are recommended if needed, especially for longer practices.
No prior dance experience is required! We work with each participant individually and tailor choreography to accommodate all skill levels. Basic steps are taught and reinforced through warm-ups and continued practice.
Each practice is structured to maximize learning while keeping participants engaged and supported. Sessions begin with at least 5 minutes of warm-up and stretching, which may include reviewing choreography or practicing traditional Latin dance steps.
Following warm-ups, we either review choreography from the previous practice or begin teaching new choreography, depending on the stage of the process. Throughout the practice, we provide frequent water breaks and take time to address any questions or areas of confusion. For longer sessions, a snack break of approximately 15 minutes is typically included.
Practice timelines vary based on the selected package. For one dance, we recommend a minimum of two months of practice. Additional dances require more time to ensure participants can confidently learn and retain the choreography.
Attire requirements vary depending on the event. Most events require formal attire, and there may be outfit changes and or props based on the client’s vision. Attire and props are not provided by Las Damas. For example, wedding parties are expected to arrive in the attire requested by the bride and groom.

Yes! We are committed to inclusivity and, with thorough research, are able to learn and teach a variety of cultural dance styles upon request.
Yes. While we have not yet choreographed for a dance or cheerleading team together as a duo, we each have experience working with teams. We are happy to choreograph for teams, and separate rates apply.
